Spaghetti with Meatball

Serves: 8 people

Ingredients

Marinara sauce

  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 pound of spaghetti
  • 2 sliced garlic cloves
  • 1 pack of Italian sausage
  • link
  • 1 liter of water

Instructions

  1. In a pan, cook the sausage link and garlic in olive oil for 15 minutes in a 450 degree oven.
  2. Meanwhile in a pot, boil water on high heat, add spaghetti for 10 minutes or until al dente and stir occasionally.
  3. In a pan, heat up the marinara sauce to a light simmer.
  4. Strain the past and plate it with the marinara sauce and sausage link on top.

Ravioli

Serves: 8 people

Ingredients

Marinara sauce

  • 1 pack of raviolis of choice
  • 1 tbsp. of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 liter of water

Instructions

  1. In a pot, boil your water. Add your raviolis and cook them until they float or for 5 minutes.
  2. Once cooked, strain the raviolis for 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, heat up the marinara sauce in a pan to a light simmer.
  4. Once the ravioli strained, serve on a plate and add as much marinara sauce as you’d like.
  5. Add parmesan cheese as garnish and buon appetito.
