Clams and Mussels alla Puttanesca

Serves: 8 people

Ingredients

Della casa sauce

  • Puttanesca sauce
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 packet of clam
  • 1 packet of muscles
  • 2 sliced garlic cloves
  • 2 oz of capers
  • 2 oz of black olives
  • 2 oz of White wine
  • 1 pound of linguine
  • 1 liter of water

Instructions

  1. In a pan, cook the chicken with the garlic, olives, and capers.
  2. Once cooked add white wine and simmer.
  3. Meanwhile, in a pot, boil water on high heat, add linguini for 10 minutes or until al dente and stir occasionally.
  4. In a pan, heat up the puttanesca sauce to a light simmer.
  5. Strain the pasta and plate the chicken and sauce over the linguini and buon appetito.

  • 1 cup of green peas
  • 2 oz. of Kalamata olives
  • 2 oz. of Capers
  • 1 red Snapper filet
  • 1 pound of linguine
  • 1 liter of water

Instructions

  1. In a pan, cook the snapper, clams, shrimp, and muscles in olive oil.
  2. Once cooked add white wine and season with salt and pepper and let it simmer.
  3. Meanwhile in a pot, boil water on high heat, when ready add linguini for 10 minuites or until al dente and stir occasionally.
  4. In a pan, heat up the puttanesca sauce to a light simmer.
  5. Strain the pasta and plate the sauce and snapper over the linguini and buon appetito.
